Marketing Policy
We receive orders from participants at some of our events, and await payment so that we can ship the prints. Orders are placed at no obligation – if, upon viewing the proofs (or for any reason), one decides they are not interested in receiving the prints, the order can be cancelled very easily at no cost.
However, please note that many of our customers choose to receive their prints on a C.O.D. basis. If you do not cancel your order, we will ship you this print C.O.D. If you do not wish to receive your print, we encourage you to cancel your order.
If you want to pay for your order now, you have several options:
- Pay online, where you can view all of the photos – including the action shots – from this event. Visit www.joleschorders.com and fill in your order number and last name under the “view your order” heading on the left margin, and follow the instructions.
- Fill out the attached form and send it back with either a check or credit card information to:

- Give us a call at 1-800-JOLESCH and speak with one of our customer service representatives. Please have your order number and credit card information ready.
If you wish to cancel your order so that we do not send you a COD, you have several very easy options:
- Cancel online. Visit www.joleschorders.com and fill in your order number and last name under the “view your order” heading on the left margin, and follow the instructions.
- Email us with your order number at support@joleschorders.com. Simply include the words “Cancel my order” and your order number.
- Mark the box at the bottom of the attached form (“NO THANKS, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER AT NO CHARGE OR FURTHER OBLIGATION”) and return it to:

- Give us a call at 1-800-JOLESCH and speak with one of our customer service representatives. Please have your order number ready. (the number starting with “AC” which is found above your photos on the attached page).
If you wish to receive your order C.O.D., simply do nothing. We will be shipping out C.O.D. orders in the next few weeks.
